Damn... I hate Marx sometimes... I waited a bit to know the pattern of his moves.

Otherwise, with Waddle Doo hability in the arena and Waddle Doo as a partner, I was pretty screwed up, the beam doesn't do any damage at all. And then I had like the quarter of my health bar and Marx was at one it to die and he fired HIS LAZOR!

No ability, please, try beating him with Copy. Copy Laz0r does less than a third of the damage of spitting stuff at him, AND you have to avoid things you can actually copy, like his cutter etc.

Not exactly, during his fast period and sometimes when you release the star (inhaled from Kirby), he can teleport out of it so he can dodge it. But still a bit easy, but it takes a bit longer.
