This is a good Lector Training material. I strongly recommend it.
I just have a few comments:
1) The 'Alleluia' is not suppressed during the Advent season; only during the Lent season;
2) A priest who presented the proper celebration of the Mass in an L.A. Archdiocese Liturgical Conference in the mid-90s stated that any person behind the person carrying the 'book' should be an ordained person;
3) Most parishes recites the Communion Antiphon when the priest start to drink from the Chalice.
