  • #VIDEOPOSTERID# I'm just a 5'8 black dude and I can dunk easily. Anybody can easily do it, just follow the right training program. I personally followed the one over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but just about any training prog is good as long as they work which many do not

  • you got to train man ! dunking is a good workout, but you can also do strenght training mixed with plyometric exercice, and dont forget to stretch and warm up!

  • listen im 5-8 and can dunk you have to work on your calfs and thighs.. plus you have to play alot i play about everyday

  • mate i got a rly gd exercise dat helps alot im sure imercierdurso will bk me up ryt get ur mate 2 stand under one basket u run to another basket touch it run bk n he passes you the ball take ur two steps n try dunkin it in about 2 weeks u shud have a simple dunk. but u got to stick it out mate.
