@ojatro To me it seems that the alligator was swallowed by the python. And then somehow the alligator was able to open his way through the python, which of course killed the python. Even though the alligator manage to rupture the pythons, it did not manage to survive and died. you can see in the video that the head of the alligator comes out from inside the python.

@variousninja It seems the python swallowed the alligator, which took fatal injuries but managed to claw its way out of the python, giving the snake its fatal blow. In the end they both died.
