@shadow60793 wasn't a road sign though, er well it was, but it's not like the ones normally used for construction. these ones that display info are indeed hooked up to a network (which he accessed via wifi internet), or else they'd have to have someone go out to each sign every time something changed such as traffic jams, weather or other notices (here they will post missing persons notices on them) so yeh, it is possible to do.
