  • You guys are so cute! And you make a lot of good points too. Love your thinking.

Seriously, I hate Barbie too. For so many reasons.

  • you guys are the biggest bunch of dumb-fucks and hate that someone is making a shit ton off a dumb idea. i bet you tell yourself its ok to be fat and ugly every night before you go to bed.

  • Paranoid schizophrenia is reaching epidemic proportions. Be aware of the sytmptoms.

  • el chavo se parece a jaime maussan jajajajajaja en serio

  • Here glasses are pertroleum and probably made in a sweat shop. I hope those two don't wear sunglasses or use anything made from plastics.

How about suggesting a solution? Until there is a better solution we'll all keep doing what is easy. Would they ban all plastic & wood babies for girls?

  • Maybe we should create a truly Eco-Friendly Barbie doll or other toy alternatives which become technical or biological nutrients, formed on the Cradle to Cradle design philosophy. If Mattel developed C2C design philosophies they would be more profitable and they would be helping the environment while ceasing to expose our children with harmful chemicals. Who wants to write the petition?

  • You guys bring up some good points, however I agree with Orangekat. Maybe you are right that Barbie dolls are evil...however dolls themselves are a toy that children have played with for centuries. It's form has changed but the idea of a doll has existed in every culture, so I don't think banning Barbie's is the answer.

  • i love you guys xD

  • Sweat shops are a tricky situation, and one thats easy to get confused about. The reality is this: noone is being forced against their will to work at them. They do so because it is the best option available to them. It may seem bad by our standards, but if we forced the companies to adopt our domestic standards, it wouldnt be profitable, and the sweatshops wouldnt exist at all. This means instead of having a shitty job, people would have nothing (or a worse job) and starve in the streets.

  • yeah people need to do some research about sweatshops because usually people who work in them do so by choice and those are the secondary or third income earners like kids here who work at fast food restaurants for minimum wage.

  • for me your anti-capitalist message in this video is so loud that I can't hear the pro-environment message

I prefer the videos where you make fun of GM, Chevron and coal companies, to me those are right on. It really bothers me to see those companies claim they are doing anything that mitigates their impact on the environment.

Also I don't know if you have Stop &Shop where u live but it really bothers me that they pretend to care about recycling then lobby against recycling legislation

  • The girl is incredibly annoying and distracting while the guy is talking. The video would be better without her felating her sunglasses while he talks.

  • I hate toy sections with their "girl toys" and "boy toys".

Gendered toys shouldn't exist to begin with.

Brainwashing kids into gender roles at a young age. It's sickening.

  • I hate people who bitch about gender roles.

If they don't want that shit, just don't fucking buy it.

Brainwashing people into believing that complaining on the internet is going to solve the world's problems. It's sickening.

  • i here you there youtube is becoming a whiners dream forum.

  • @kireikoori well think of it this way would you rather go out with someone that acted as the same gender as you that would just make me you atleast hallfe gay or lez

  • You guys are badass.

  • thanks for pointing out the greenwashing. real green is important, greenwashers can kiss my ass.

  • I dunno about Barbie sometimes... I know it's a horrible ideal for little girls to live up to, and then I remember I played with Barbies when I was a little girl, and I'm as feminist as they come. But I have self esteem issues, probably because of Barbie, also. I just thought they were fun to play with when I was young... Good video though.

  • Well, I wasn't just blaming Barbie, But whole industries devoted to selling young girls and boys the ideals on what they should look like. Well, actually, I guess I can't blame them fully as there are other factors, but anyways, I'm sorry, I should have explained more.

  • Turn down the volume and watch their faces. That says it all... A bunch of style and attitude. So chic, and yet so idiotic.

  • Yeah I came here to say the same thing.

All they do is make bitchy faces for 2 minutes and 36 seconds.

  • You know, I did just the opposite. Because I didn't have time to watch as well as listen, but even so, if you object so strongly to their appearances for some reason, I'd suggest giving it a try. It's a little less idiotic than trying to garner the facts about their subject by their facial expressions.

  • Well said!
