I just heard this live and it's mind-blowing. I hadn't heard of this composer before and I totally fell in love with his music!

Hate to chime in like 2 years after this video was posted, but the title is misleading.
This is the third movement ("Alla Czeca") of Schulhoff's 5 Pieces for String Quartet.
