Thank you for posting. Wow, this takes me back to my 14year old days when I was just discovering the magic of music as an escape from sometimes bleak reality. Like others who have posted, I too did not know the extent of this man's talents and courage. As a teenager I would have been amazed to know that he was born in the same year as my dear mother!

Ha que fazer uma pausa na corrida para o futuro e escutar o sofrimento da Natureza perante os atentados a sua integridade por parte de seres humanos cujos objectivos sao a ganancia e o consumismo.

Ao menos que se ganhe consciencia que as geracoes vindouras -- seus filhos e netos -- podem vir a nao ter o prazer de deliciar-se com aquilo que ainda hoje resta de uma Natureza cada vez mais "domesticada".

Wow.......I never realised what a legend Norman (Hurricane) Smith was. A pilot for the R.A.F. in world war 2 , sound engineer for The Beatles until 1965, then went on to produce albums for a little band called Pink Floyd. Amazing.
