well i have completed dead space 2 3 times just unlocking and upgrading all equipment and i like the fact you can change back to any suit you have bought and it still keeps the armour level of your best suit im currently trying to complete it on hardcore but its not going so well as there are no checkpouints and you can only save 3 times its fucking insane and a great follow up on the game i loved so much although i was worried they would fuck up the story but they did a great job a solid 9/10

Something I thought was funny that he stated about DP1 and 2's weapons.. haven't played the actual game but i've played the demo and noticed that the Pulse rifles NEW secondary attack is more appropriate for mining. Explosives to take out massive chunks of rock! Makes sense right?
But in the first DP the Pulse rifles secondary attack was the barrels would rotate and you would rapidly fire in all directions, I mean what is that good for while mining? Killing all your friends? Lol!
@jawkyjonson In game it states the the Pulse Rifle is a "Military Grade Assult Rifle." In DS1, it was the only weapon actually built to kill people. In DS2, there's also a Seeker Rifle which is somekind of sniper rifle that is also an "actual" weapon.
You know you can see Isac's face in the first Dead Space right.... in the beginning and end of the game. How does the character talking and showing his face ruin imprinting yourself as the character? You're controlling his body to fight and stay alive, essentially you ARE the character the back story and all that just makes it better.
Unless you prefer a back story of some annoying nerdy youtube game reviewer suddenly turned engineer, stranded on a space ship fighting monsters n shit...

wow i was just curious about the game and watched ign's video of it and then game plane's then this one and still ign will not change they still over hype things anyways nice review funny and probably really accurate you not being paid by EA I am pretty sure or ARE you?!?!? yeah i doubt it

He got the most critical thing right though...
After Chapter 1, I wasn't frightened by anything in the game.
I got STRESSED at times, but never frightened like in Dead Space 1.
Dead Space 2 is way more fun than DS1, but Dead Space 1 was scarier.

i thought this review was really funny because i like dead space and was worried they would spoil it but the pouint is he did a review on a game that was not out yet and trying to get comical material from the trailers i think mruberman77 did a good job to that respect

well i have completed dead space 2 3 times just unlocking and upgrading all equipment and i like the fact you can change back to any suit you have bought and it still keeps the armour level of your best suit im currently trying to complete it on hardcore but its not going so well as there are no checkpouints and you can only save 3 times its fucking insane and a great follow up on the game i loved so much although i was worried they would fuck up the story but they did a great job a solid 9/10

dude you could see Isaacs face on the first one and its a city, no longer a ship its going to be spacey and have large rooms and he's equipped with all that awesome stuff is because Isaac is the only survivor to have experience with these nercomorphs, however yes the humming is off putting

Wow....this review was way off in my opinion, this game has some great pacing, gameplay is incredible and it still gave me quite a few scares, once again, my opinion, I was thoroughly impressed to be honest.

Something I thought was funny that he stated about DP1 and 2's weapons.. haven't played the actual game but i've played the demo and noticed that the Pulse rifles NEW secondary attack is more appropriate for mining. Explosives to take out massive chunks of rock! Makes sense right?
But in the first DP the Pulse rifles secondary attack was the barrels would rotate and you would rapidly fire in all directions, I mean what is that good for while mining? Killing all your friends? Lol!

@jawkyjonson In game it states the the Pulse Rifle is a "Military Grade Assult Rifle." In DS1, it was the only weapon actually built to kill people. In DS2, there's also a Seeker Rifle which is somekind of sniper rifle that is also an "actual" weapon.

You know you can see Isac's face in the first Dead Space right.... in the beginning and end of the game. How does the character talking and showing his face ruin imprinting yourself as the character? You're controlling his body to fight and stay alive, essentially you ARE the character the back story and all that just makes it better.
Unless you prefer a back story of some annoying nerdy youtube game reviewer suddenly turned engineer, stranded on a space ship fighting monsters n shit...

When a person doesnt know if a comedic review is SUPPOSED to be funny... then you know its not really funny... Furthermore silent protagonists are starting to get a bit redundant now and only suit in certain games (i.e half life 2) how boring would games like metal gear solid be if the protagonist wore a mask and never said a word? I personally cant wait to hear Isaac swear his mouth off whilst he crushes necromorphs with his foot O_O

He pretty much has the same weapons he has in the first game, mostly mining equipment and he has a different way of getting around space, so what, you are extremely shallow and you fail at reviewing, you seem to have only played the demo as well. EPIC FAIL!

You Can't review a game unless you've beaten it,you have to beat it to say if it has a good story and also to tell how long it is.I bet he just played the demo and saw trailers and gameplay and thought.we are also in the future now,
IGN reviewed this game.You know,the website people actually know about and care about. The website were the people that work there actually are known by the guys that worked on Dead Space 2,and that can also get a copy of the game and beat it
