@partypoison17 you harvest the Sea Slug out of there stomach, killing them. also since your a big daddy in the Bioshock 2 the little sister pick up on your actions, if you harvest one of them, they all act as if your a monster, instead of there fatherly protector,

I don't think this is their view of how bioshock was because these little sisters never saw rapture when it started. Big sisters gathered girls from the surface because the old little sisters (now big sisters) were becoming too old. I just believe its their innocent view of the place since they're so young.

@TonberryNeko When you crawled back in the hidey hole as they call it, you arent in normal Rapture. Sofia Lamb made a secret hide out to hide all the little sisters, and they only way to access them is through those air vents, that you put the saved little sisters in. So there are no big daddies when you crawl through those air vents just little sisters. :D
