initial d sega cabinet conversion

Hello Steve, I wanted to install a Sega Nascar in my Initial D 3 cabinet.

Do you know if that is a possibility or more effort than it is worth?

I obviously need the four speed shifter but are the Sega Hikaru connectors and feedback boards the same as Sega Naomi.

i noticed the video you have posted and was planning on doing the exact same thing.

what would i need other than the naomi gd rom in order to get it up and running?

also, is there any way to get a shifter going?

HI, i would love to do the same thing with a Club Kart cab also (initial d) im wondering...i will need just to put a gd rom driver, a new I/O right? but how do you add the shifter? Thank you your reply.

Hi steve, would it be possible to run MaximunT2 with force feedback in an original initial D cab ? an if you add a original maximum tune 6speedshifter into a sega cab , would that be possible ?

no you can't

there is no way to run it with force feedback and shifter without the special namco I/O board.

yes, you can play it but cannot change gears and NO force feedbacks on the steering wheels :(
