Well you said you have a long stride.....and you said your fast but..... the reason someone might say that you're running slow is because u don't have very good explosion and your acceleration looks pretty slow. You might need to work on that for the future. Straight line speed while running in shorts is one thing, football speed(being able to accelerate and get past defenders and then continue to STAY in front of them) is another....

@tysonoboyoboy i see u but i shot this off another computer so if u watch the actual game tape you will see the destinctions between a stride and bursting through the whole u can only see it a little in this highlight reel its sluggish
