yes you can tune it yourself, there are the usual performance parts, visual parts, and paints, although might not be anmed quite like tha, but they are the same things, and also autosculpt is still there, you can also change other things like gear ratio's and suspension, etc. alot more than ever before, to my knowledge anyway, as there are many things you can tune in that respect :D hope that helped
im not sure, i think that the R8 is one of the cars that are hidden, and i havnt unhidden those cars, so im not sure if tuning is available for them, but i dont see what they would gain by putting in the cars and not letting people tune them so.... maybe
