  • Great video! It looks easy to build and very solid. I know what to do this or next weekend (nice soundtrack too).

  • Nice video, thanks for sharing. Love the soundtrack :) !

  • Thanks. Good luck with the project. You'll have fun building it.

  • @ibmguy

Hi I really like your stand. I would love the specs

  • Great stand! I think I saw this one on a GTPlanet Forum! I got thus wheel for Christmas and now I'm gonna get the wood for the stand tomorrow!

  • do you have the plans still im not much of some one who is good with drawing and numbers it would be a huge help i want to make one just dont have any plans to go by

  • @atvking04032

I don't have any plans, all the info I have was posted here.

  • Thanks for the video. Got mine completed over the weekend. All black with Cherry Red racing stripe on top and flames up the sides.

I use MDF for most of it (I had an extra sheet) and I think that made it too heavy on top because I couldn't get it to stay at one angle with the wheel clamped on. I ended up screwing the up-arms into the 2x6 blocks after I found an angle I liked. That worked.

  • @paprstsoapco

Good to hear you've completed yours. Do you have any pictures of your finished project?

  • Ok thanks Definitely one of the best stands I've seen

  • Do you have measurements for the stand would definitely have ago at making one

  • @randlerains12

I used 3/4" MDF cut to 18" square for the base. I used MDF as it would be heavy enough to support the rest of the parts and make it stable. Next I glued and screwed two 6" pieces of 2x6 on the front edges and a 2x2 longer piece on the front to hold the pedals from sliding out. The side upright arms are 1x4 cut to 27".

  • @ibmguy could you make the measurements into centimeters? I live in norway and i'm going to build this :D

  • @TheKiiwii1994

There are many online conversion web sites to help you with that.

    1" is about 2.54cm and 1 foot is 30.48cm

  • @ibmguy ok thanks :D

  • What was the complete list of materials used if you don't mind me asking?

  • @cowboycustomz Just wood, glue, carriage bolts, knobs and spray paint.

  • I used standard 5/16" Carriage bolts with a 2" female bar knob. I bought the bolts at Home Depot and the knobs at Lee Valley.

  • @ibmguy How long are the carriage bolts you used?

  • @paprstsoapco I don't remember exactly but it will depend on the thickness of the wood you use.

  • Very resourceful awesome job here - my dad plans on making me something similar (I am not a handy man) but would like to know - What are the names of those adjustable screws you have on them? I could find them at my local hardware store right?

  • amazing background music, what is its title?

  • @lexcavaj Mashup-Germany - I just came to say hello

  • Thanks. Glad it was helpful.

  • Good work man great vid thanks
