3:13 is from Episode 4 titled "The Arrival," and yes Peter is getting shot. At 1:27 Peter is pulling Liv out of the deprivation tank in episode 13 "The Transformation,"and that scene is a Bolivia favorite of many people :) Season I of Fringe will be out in BluRay and DVD on September 8th. If you can't wait you can watch episodes 10 through 20 free at fancast "dot" net.

Sorry, but 1.27 IS from episode 13 "The Transformation." It is file 614/975 at the fringefiles "dot" com website under Fringe Photo Gallery. In episode 1 Peter does pull her out of the tank but quickly lays her next to Walter.
