the first recorded style is actually lethwei (records from the pyu empire which was around the turn of the millenium) this predates bokator (sorry khmers your claim on MT is total BS considering your basis was on angkor reliefs which date around 900AD) each nation has their own particular style, similar but quite distinct if you know your muay. the style carried over from the tai migration to the rest of SEA.
