@frankenbat You know, one thinks that at first. Then, when you get to know them - and they you - you realize that they've been like that all their lives. They're not like humans, who are made aware of their disabilities by the society around them, they don't even know they have a disability. They are what they are and when one realizes all that, we learn a lesson just by knowing them. Hope alls well. Thanks for the thought.
@Lifepath7 true. they're not self-aware like humans; they don't look at other cats as a reference point for self-comparison. all they know is that the ground is unsteady below their feet, and that food and petting feel good. it's still sad to see them like that, though. they're very pretty; the light colored one looks like a tonkinese. my cat is a tonk.
