@TheChrisIsCool I totally agree with you,I'm a drummer and i was in a band for 3 years and they really wanted to focus on homogenizing with all the bands that are popular today,i always criticized that and i ended up leaving the band for that matter. out of nowhere,i met some musicians that digged my old band but was more into hopesfall and the old hxc scene. we ended up in a jam session and now we just recorded our first song. Old hxc is what drove me into hardcore and i will always live for it

I was lucky enough to see hopesfall a few times during this period they were amazing. Also people should check out the earlier stuff too its really great. People need to stop trying to put little labels on things, the bands themselves never do, its all hardcore, we're just lucky that theres variety for everyones different tastes. I have to say personally that a year or 2 after this album things started to change a lot in general with hardcore and I started to get sick of how things were.now.psch

Only my point of view. Because Hardcore style is in every genre , Metal , punk , rap and Techno. So pure hardcore is defined by the style its in first. Thats my point of view not a fact tho.
