  • if u use a gas fireplace like how much does it cost for u 2 use a gas fireplace is it ALOT? and does it use ALOT of gas?

  • What is the BTU of your fireplace? Natural gas has 1000 BTU per cubic foot. A Therm is 100 cu ft of Nat Gas and is the minimum billing unit. I pay about $1.25 per therm. So a 25,000 BTU/hour fireplace would cost about $0.40 per hour of operation (check my math).

It costs about $8.00 per month for each pilot light that you have burning.

  • Nice video. Helpful and to the point!

  • Thank you so very much. You saved me moolah bucks. I lighted my fireplace seconds after watching you!

  • Come on baby, light my fire!
