Europe is the best place to research past life memories. 500+ year old buildings and 200+ year old records. There is a video here on YouTube called Reincarnation-Regression (banned video). It has 11 parts. It's about 4 Australian women in the 1970's. They gave detailed descriptions of past lives in Europe. The details were researched and proven to be correct. Then they were taken to the places they saw in the regressions. It's incredible.

Wow that's very interesting! Have you ever thought about visiting this place? I know you said you're not much for traveling, but maybe it could bring up more memories? I've heard of that happening before. There have also been occurrences where people have remember roads and still have some directional skill about how to get around in a place that they might have lived in a past life, without have ever being there. I myself have strong affinity with WW2, RAF, battle of Britain period, but little else.

I moved to Kent when I was 30 and it felt like 'coming home'. I became involved with RAF Manston, a place I felt most at home in. Ive been told that I did serve in the RAF,when killed I wanted to return to the fight immediately.

In eternity terms, 1954 was pretty quick return, but, alas! too late.

i have memories i can't explain- i remember very odd dreams about adults sitting around a table in the 60's or 70's drinking and talking- from before i was born. I can remember every detail about the aged kitchen- and the even then dated furnishings. I also have very distinct feelings that i have been places before- when i know that is not possible. However- how do you know if it's reincarnation- VS psychic?

I have also had past life memories when I was a child, 20 of them at last count and a good handful in great detail.

They are like when we get older and try to remember our first day in kindergarten. We probably won't remember all the details or even any of the details specifically, but we remember that it DID happen.

We try to place them in the context of our current life but they don't fit so we ususally forget about them unless we are lucky later in life to remember them better.

thanks for all the lovely comments, i just want to re-iterate i'm not trying to convert people i'm merely stating what i remembered, someone wrote did i see something that may have sparked a memory i disagree as it was nothing to do with anything i'd seen, i have also other smaller less clear instances of things i'd remembered from other lives...e.g.i was talking to someone aand the war with germany came up and i said thats when we lost the war-my friend then reminded me we won!

so it's not necessarily an afterlife experience...

i'm not really sure if i was reborn or not but for some reason i see visions of world war 2 the desert fox division. Its truly horrifying. i usually have it on fridays. i can see people being blown in the air and artillery sounds that ring my ears. also i also somehow know most of the presidents i mean I HATE SOCIAL STUDIES CLASS and yet i know so much about civics and i am only 12 years old but im not really the academic type im logical

I believe reincarnation nicely explains the experience of deja vu's. I had a lucid dream last night where my late, great cat Meowzer was dipping her thumb claw into an ink well and writing "I love Jane" over and over. I guess what I'm saying is that nothing and everything surprises. It's just a ride. Enjoy it. There's nothing to figure out. There will always be mysteries. This is a very interesting account. It's things like this that make me wonder what really happens after death. Science may be able to explain a lot, but if you think about it the big bang makes approximately the same amount of sense as God; and I'll admit that even though I'm a very scientific person. But, I also wonder if reincarnation is any better than not existing because you lose MOST memories of previous lives... does that make you a different person? Sigh, questions that have no answers.

Fascinating! It could be a past life memory, or perhaps another phenomenon. Sometimes energy can "echo" through time and sensitive people can pick up on it. However, the events which tend to echo are usually more intense (emotionally or physically) than the one you perceive in your dream, which seems just like a calm, every day casual sort of experience. Which means more likely it's a past life memory. I could be wrong of course ;)
