They point at which they agree upon the value of the trade is the most moral agreement that can be made. In addition to de-personizing corporations, I would like to see us require something back from all corporations, in exchange for the benefits they receive. Since under a corporation the partners & owners are protected from lawsuits, they should agree to a salary cap & no outrageous bonuses. If they don't want these limits, fine! But then no protections.
