  • Nice video it gave me a point of view to consider thank you

  • Corporations do not have a direct vote in elections, so how can they be a person?

FUCK YOU ROBERTS, FUCK YOU ALITO, FUCK YOU SACLIA, AND FUCK YOU THOMAS! I have no idea why Kennedy sided with them in this case, usually he makes a reasonable vote.

  • Corporation represent a few who are out to to rob all of us legally. I won't be surprise that they have people in our legal system to made legal of what they do.

  • We are first being sold on the idea that Capitalism are the way, then now they try to sell us the idea that 'The Corporation' are for people. Let look back and see the state of our being. Had most of us better off in this system? The majority of us do nothing but trying to make ends meet, our children are promised of no social security when they grow older. Our economy are at it's worst, most of us loose our jobs... Corporation a front for a few who out to rob and stupefy us legally!

  • We know they're mostly OWNED BY MOSTLY ZIONIST JEWS (NWO).

  • Any thing Keith O @ MSNBC is against is something to check into being FOR. Or at least looking into the facts deeper than accepting the "we love the little guy" spin Democrats put on everything. Democrats and Republicans BOTH want corporations to have rights...the Dems just hide their CORPORATION (Big, Individual-crushing Gov't) behind more politically correct veneers.

  • This guy is whiny little chicken little.

  • LOL we are totally fucked now welcome to an Orwellian and Brave New world Nightmare

  • MOBILIZE against the Supreme CORP ruling

  • Our Government runs and acts just like the next corporation. The bigger our Gov becomes, the more corruption we will see - it's hard to apply the 'Check and Balance' system to a Big Corporate-like Bureaucracy.

  • While the Supremes are singing, perhaps they should place the same restrictions on corporations, SIGs, Unions, PACs etc. that they do on individuals (You know...a maximum donation of $2500/candidate/election year). Since they want to treat them as "individuals" then they should be subject to the same laws as "individuals".

  • While we're at it...SIGs, Non-profits, Unions and PACs should be included as well...They are NOT "We...the people" either!!!

  • Don't you understand what's happening here? They own the prison system which is legalized slavery. They own our military and profit off unjustifiable wars and mass death simply for the sake of profit and NOW they own our government. You had better wake up and comprehend this soon or it will be too late.

  • First of all the prison system is to punish those that break the law of the land. I guess you would rather have prisoners run free on the streets. I think we should take the stance that Japan and most other countries take: If you're a prisoner you get bread, water and fish...enough for sustenance. Any more than that must be supplied by your family. No free CCTV, conjugal visits, college education! It's a punishment! Not a daycare center for adults!

  • Just when I started to think the future was looking up...

  • WAKE UP PEOPLE - HUGE DANGER HERE

  • the whole country is governed by people who only see profite. so why do you give a shitt aboute come corporation!!!!

  • I don't like your comment, but it's somewhat true. WE've swallow the drug the pusher sells, that we can *all* live in royal luxury. But there's a difference between reasonable, steady profit that sustains life, and rapacious profit that depletes it. F/E a CEO's wage could be 10x that of an avg worker, instead of 1000x. The lust that WE have for McMansions, swank cars & luxury only means we want to switch the game around to our benefit, not change it at the core -- or do we??

  • Donations are being accepted. There will be an IPO, and after we win in November, those who got in on the ground floor will have a stronger voice in Washington than they ever dreamed of. Democracy in action! What could be more American than that?

  • When elected, Senator Chronic Company LLC promises to support: 1) Same-sex mergers (corporations have been doing it for years); 2) Single payer health insurance for all who promise to stop badmouthing corporations; 3) Freedom from religion; 4) One corporation, one vote; 5) Term limits for everybody but me (it); 6) replacement of the Electoral College with an Electoral Business & Technical School; 7) whatever else is important enough to somebody, if you catch my drift ,,,

  • Corporations are people, too. In fact, my corporation seems even more pleased than I would have expected that the Supreme Court has guaranteed its rights as a human being. To speak its mind. To assemble. To bear arms. To buy whatever it wants, including politicians. Hell, to BE a politician. Indeed, my corporation is seriously considering a run for U.S. Senate. Eliminate the middlewoman. Look out, Kirsten, Senator Chronic is in da house!

  • Of course, my corporation cant afford to buy a politician yet. And as for politicians, hey, what's the problem? Have you ever been to Washington, or even Albany? It's expensive to maintain two houses and keep all those foreign domestics on the payroll, without a little corporate help here and there. Stop complaining, my friends. You're just jealous.

  • I suggest designating alternate Fridays as "take your corporation to work" days. That way, there'll be less mistrust and we'll learn to understand each other better.

  • Hey, the Supremes were just doing what they're paid to do by the American People. And whats all this negativity about corporations? Why, some of my best friends are corporations. I started one, too, and its pretty cool. Its like having a clone that can cheat on its taxes, hide money from people and disappear when it gets in trouble, leaving you scot-free to start another one!

  • Understand this...O-BOMB-A, BUSH, are corporations!

We vote them in ...we can vote them out!

    we took care of Mass.

There is a movemet in this country ...all elected officals ARE AT RISK of OUR VOTE!!

    WE OWN THEM NOW!!

  • The right wing is ran by the corporations, they will do everything in their power to keep the corporations in.

  • I got that booty -oppin like a snoopdogg video

  • Imagine that, democrats against corporate America. They should pass a huge tax on corporate contributions and leave us alone.

  • So I should trust political decisions over financial ones? Laughable...The desire for wealth and actively seeking it out is an implicitly more moral and logical motivation than altruism or any political belief system. I would prefer living in a corporate oligarchy to the collectivist state we currently have. Nothing would please me more than the destruction of the US in its current form.

  • "...for wealth and actively seeking it out is an implicitly more moral..." seriously? I freaking lol'd.

  • @tumadros Probably because you don't understand the concepts of morality or freedom. But then if I were a 23 year old whose profile stated that I support "making the means of production public" and at the same time that I was against "all-poweful governments," I would be more concerned that people might take me for an imbecile.

  • Imbecile? I highly doubt that. You're simply enjoying the fruits of anonymity. Judging by your previous comments, you like slinging that word around. Making the means of production public, as in the people own it; not any form of hierarchical government. Concept of morality? I understand it enough to realize money destroys any elements or traces of morality that we have left in our "civilization". Please explain how the desire for money breeds moral behavior. Otherwise, shut the fuck up.

  • Just what do you think "Making the means of production public" means? It means owned and administered by central planning (i.e. hierarchical government) . What are you saying, seize currently existing business capital from the successful and redistribute it? How? Assuming people like me don't simply shoot you dead when you come to take my property, what will be the organizing mechanism of this process? Let me answer that for you, massive all-powerful government.

  • Unregulated capitalism is the only moral means of agreement. One party offers something they own in trade for something they want from another party. They point at which they agree upon the value of the trade is the most moral agreement that can be made. Any other forced or involuntary process or consideration (i.e. taxes, fees, regulations) injected into this scenario by definition reduces the freedom of those involved in the agreement.

  • I'm going to foolishly pretend for a second that you aren't simply a talking doll with a string in its back and suggest you search youtube for "Walter E Williams - Economics of Liberty". Walter was head of the economics department at George Mason University and offers a series of lectures on economics and freedom. Stupid on my part but who knows maybe you're smart enough to learn.

  • I'll say. Since the most profitable form of business is a monopoly where production is done by unpaid slaves, I guess that would be your ideal.

  • "Since the most profitable form of business is a monopoly where production is done by unpaid slaves" - This is patently false. There is not enough room here to give you a course in economics and explain why monopolies have zero economic profits in the long run. You will either get an education or you will not. Given that you are 53 and have the economic understanding of a teenager I doubt you will make the effort.

  • I don't understand... How can the supreme court attach free speech to to corporations? Corporations can't talk!! If there is a representative of the corporation then they are talking using their own civil rights, not the right protected by the the corporation. If this is how its going to be, then we all need to start a corporation so we are fairly treated in the court system. I see the future. We will all have Inc. behind out names just so we can vote.

  • WOW, Yeah, i guess... if you say so Mr. Co-op-er-ation since America is of, for and Bayou, Hellar, hey, Hi You.

  • "I hope we shall... crush in its birth the aristocracy of our moneyed corporations which dare already to challenge our government in a trial of strength, and bid defiance to the laws of our country." -- Thomas Jefferson

  • The United States of Corporate Ameria!

  • The United States of Walmart.

  • The United States of Goldman Sachs!

  • Your votes are MOOT from here on in ( not like they mattered pre ruling ) even more moot now, at least you have a fighting chance back then

Go back to your new iPhones gadgets, Facebook updates, maybe camp out to see a new movie release or maybe a new video game that just came out which has the same crap but different weapons ( dont forget to grab a new graphics card to run it )...

Maybe catch some American Idol vids, nothing to see hear...hahahaha

    Carry on

  • In addition to de-personizing corporations, I would like to see us require something back from all corporations, in exchange for the benefits they receive. Since under a corporation the partners & owners are protected from lawsuits, they should agree to a salary cap & no outrageous bonuses. If they don't want these limits, fine! But then no protections. Don't they tell us greater rewards come from greater risks? Let them risk their mansions & personal property if they want to make more money.

  • Corporation are not protected from lawsuits imbecile. The individuals who make up the corporation are. Corporations gets sued every fucking day shit for brains. Seriously, liberals, you need to start policing your own if fuckwit here is out there running his mouth and this is what is coming out. Jesus Christ we are going to have to start putting instructions on toilet paper if this shit keeps up.

  • to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government

  • This is one issue where ALL Americans can agree, letting corporations lobby our government without restraint WILL NOT STAND, this is an horrible front to our rights as citizens and people!

  • Just when you thought our politics couldn't get more corrupt! Democracy's been dead in this country for a long time now it's official!

  • Excellent vid. Five stars, favorited, shared widely. EVERYONE needs to do the same! We CAN have our country back. We just need to STAND UP to PROVE that's what we want. One suggestion - add the link to the website in the video info so people can click and go right to it...

  • Why does this video show only 313 views so far? Surely, that can't be right!

  • We need to get rid of the Republican, corporate thugs on the Supreme Court. They care nothing for the people; only for the rich and corporations. Shame!

  • Republican as well as Democrat, they both have sold this country out! Jeez you think some people would see past the phony left/right paradigm by now!

  • I think you mean phony Republican/Democrat paradigm. The difference between individualists (the right) and collectivists (the left) are very real and very much worth civil war in my opinion.

  • People can't compete with corporations, that's the problem here. Our votes are now completely and utterly meaningless.

  • Funding of all types and all avenues should be cut to government, immoral thieving cunts. Stop stealing our money.

  • Considering today's nightmare S. Ct. decision, this is the most important message in US history. It surpasses Revere's cry "The British are coming..." How the public now reacts determines whether our democracy is dead. If the corporatist's are able to keep our citizens distracted by continuing to focus the media on divisive issues like, race, gay rights, abortion etc., we will get what we deserve - a complete loss of freedom. Time to stand up and be counted. Steve Weissman, Attorney, Florida

  • Agreed, I don't think we as 300 millions plus people need to be divided on unsolvable issues such as the three you mentions and fight against the corporations.

  • If you have seen the MSM today, like CNN, they had to add in those to also benefit are the unions. What they forget is the disproportionate amount of money in respective war-chests. We have seen a taste of this over the past year, with organizations like FreedomWorks, AFP, AHIP, and their corporate sponsors. The sad part is we have an uneducated electorate, not all, but a majority, who buy into what they have seen and heard on TV. Look at what the campaign of lies and misinformation did to HC.

  • endgame. no conceivable way to revoke this ruling even if every american gave $500 to a campaign for the constitutional amendment this video calls for. think about it. to defeat any elected official on any level in the u.s. all that will be required is an adverse media campaign by the corporation "threatened" with adherence to the law. George Bush, the gift that keeps on giving. Thanks George.

Now i don't have to vote, the corporations will do it for me.

  • CAPITALISTIC FUCKERS
