This is actually a good exercise, but you guys are doing it wrong. You have to do it slower and squat lower. :)

Yes!! I do not like AC cloud. He is not Cloud in my eyes. NOOOO Cloud was a badass who cared about money. In the game he reconciled his feelings for aeris after she died. He had no reason to be all emo and stupid in AC. stupid square enix xDD
