I am a consultant and trainer whose area of exertise is leadership. These vidoe segments are tops! In just six and a half short minutes Lt. General Van Riper teaches the essentials of leadership. He says more in 6 minutes than many say in a whole book. If he has a class I am signing up! If he does have a book I am buying it.

I'd had a great respect for Van Riper ever since I read about his achievements in the 2002 Millenium Challenge, but I didn't know he was so eloquent.
