Dude, everybody stop freaking out your NOT gonna break your leg IF you are stretching first, practicing in a safe setting, KNOW what your doing, and have a spotter.
Just trust yourself cause once you got it its amazing !

@NatashaReneSmith Yes ! I had the same problem ! Start handstands against a wall or on the floor with something soft behind/ in front of u. Also, do bridges & start workiing on ur back flexiblity for backbends & back walkovers ! It will help to trust urself.

@xoxoWhatTheHell what usually helps me is to look at my hands and to make sure I pull my chest up too. make sure your body is as tight as it can be when you land and just pull up. let me know if this helps!
@xoxoWhatTheHell try running into it! It will give you more momentum so it will be easier to push your body over and stand up. After you get that down, then work with only 3 steps, then 2, then 1. That's how I learned a front walkover!
Why are you coming up with one hand on the ground and not two? I'm a lefty myself and I can do this on a trampoline but I come up with to hands. Any tips?
@cheerldndiva You should get your handstand first! Just practice against the wall or something. You don't need to be able to hold it for a long time but you need to know how to support yourself on your hands. @thegawjussone No you don't. Just get your legs as far apart as possible in the handstand. And the most important part is swinging the back leg over STRAIGHT and not to the side. Hope this helps anymore questions comment back.(:

@Smartiez9xox depends, on which one is easier for yourself. Typically a front walk-over may be easier. But i learned front handspring first. So it all just depends.

@peace2599 what your explaining is a front limber not a frontwalkover but if u want to come over put ur legs close to your head and if u can do a back bend do that and rock it back and fourth it might help you.
I know I can do it but I'm only 11 so I'm a little scared to do it, I think I might fall on my head, so do you have any pointers for untrained beginners ?
@hottielamottie101 I am super untrained with gymnastics but when I fell I landed on my back and it didn't hurt too bad. I think its kinda hard to land on your head. I would sugest putting mats or something soft down
@foreverizzyx i used to have trouble with it too, just make sure you can go into a backbend from standing, then lift through your chest, sqeeze your tummy and make sure everything's tight!
@jwhaug78 just push with your hips and make sure your straightening your legs as you try to stand up and keep your heels on the floor don't try to stand up off your toes
argh, I do the handstand into the bridge part but my leg that's supposed to have all the weight just won't pull me round, if that makes sense?
I used to be able to do it as I was a gymnast but I havent done it for like 4 years so yeah.. x
