hi pacdog i have this exact washer what youre missing is when it starts the spin cycle you should see and heare 2 clicks one the moter turning on you have that the second is a click from the trasmission relise solaoid thats what has the basket locked on you.

From your next video it looks like you got it going. Did you find something preventing the basket from spinning?
