The process is called baking. It heats the soldering used to connect wires and components, the idea is that the softened solder will allow the wires to somehow reconnect as these wires can be dodgy. I strongly recommend not doing this as it generally only helps for a short time and you may turn a small problem into a bigger one. Get professional advice, if the suggest it go ahead but otherwise just try bringing it to a professional of you want to try and fix it. The process should work for a PS

i got the red ring soo i did this and it worked for 4mins then went back to red ring. soo i did it again after and it went back again i did it about 5 times then it started to work for longer. so then i put the towel around it and kept it there for about 10 mins while playing on it and then took it off and then it has been working for about 2 years now soooo try it .... it will save u money

Lol this works but if you do it much more than a month your motherboard will be so fucking warped your xbox will be destroyed and the towel trick will stop working.
