if you guys practice penchak silat, try to make peace ok. do not use to harm people. thats the real meaning in penchak silat indonesia. coz this martial arts is more deadly than the others. sometimes in indonesia, penchak silat use jin for they protection.even the bullet cant harm them.and they eat glass,rock n oil.

Silat is all about the movement, pencak is more competative. Pencak silat is a mixture of both.

ce sport est plutot interessant...pour ma par le tai do..me semble plus efficace..en utilsant plusieur style de comba..le tai do..est plus efficace pour tout type de personne..ici le penchak silat utilise la force contre la force..d'ou des années d'entrainement pour controler les garibits plus importante que soit même..le tai do est tout le contraire..utiliser la force de son adverser que lui même..en quelque je vous assure on s'est se défendre..croiyez moi...

C la Méthode Fisfo self-défense créée par Charles Joussot lui-meme, effectivement il fût élève et dîplomé par Maître Turpinj en Personne(vs pvz vérifier au près de Thua Raban, Kajyn-club, métro Bastille. Il enseigne de moins en moins du pencak silat traditionnel mais son éfficacité reste foudrayante, vous pouvez me croire j'y étais encore hier, voilà juste pour dire que c de la self défense tiré du Pencak sila Setia Hati terate.
