This is what happens when your on Twitter to much. There is a virus on the site called the (Birde virus) Get Norton, Norton will hunt down the bird and shoot it, or you can set it free
That's not good. I don't think its a fan problem. Most of the videos you see are from people dropping their MacBook down a flight of stairs or something, and then be like, "WTF? Weird Noise!" I'd get that checked out.

Just so everyone knows (i know it was awhile ago) I did get this looked at and the left fan had died. It was replaced under warrenty. :)
