hey im not sure but i think you are underpowering that sub it takes at least 2500w rms and if im right the d5000 does 1600w rms if you give that beast more power it will shred your car into pieces.

its the old version of the btl. the 08 and up fi btl has the single magnet.

HCCA 5000D was god amp, You must look what sub you will take (kicker is 2ohm amp- so if you buy one sub 2x2ohm what konfiguration do you chose??)

i never hear kicker but in my standing kicker will be better :) and sub 2x4ohm or 2 subs 2x2ohm

i've have standard alternator 70A and two batteries 66 and 44Ah, when bass going down i've got 9,80volts (it's dangerous but speaker and amp sill alive:) )

on next season i put 180A alt and two 100ah batteries, but it wll be powered 4000.1bd :)
