Here's my understanding of the situation, and why there's legitimacy and illegitimacy to th copyright thing.

Its legitimate because indeed, what he does is satire and not affected by copyright laws. If he was being prosecuted, I doubt he'd lose the case.

However....in the end, its not REALLY a copyright issue. Its an issue of youtube deciding what videos are and are not acceptable on their website. Simply- they can flag any inappropriate vids, and they get to decide what's inappropriate.

He made a video where he proposed to his girlfriend, but for the title he wrote yu-gi oh abridged episode (whatever the # was at the time), and its against youtube rules or something for false titles or something, so they suspended him (this is what I heard).
