Why do you take ur hair up for that time? Does it help to keep that curly shape like better? I ask because i have the same hair and my problem is that I take a shower and as soon as i comb and add some products i go out, and like half an hour later it is a mess!!

I tried the IC gel and didn't like it. I like the Proclaim Aloe Vera based gel from Sally's. It has no alcohol and does not flake. It also does not make your hair hard. I love that stuff. Plus it's cheap!!

@AsplashofDR Yeah I think if you like the fantasia gel then you would like the olive oil ecostyler better and It doesn't leave the crunchy hardness as much in my opinion. It's very easy to soften it up.

Do you regret cutting your bangs? I know I do when i wear it curly. Your method turned out great. I sometimes leave conditioner in with kinky curly, but my hair doesn't yield as great results as yours-mine frizzy and not so defined. So I learned something new, maybe apply regular gel. Thank you!!!

i think all curly girls should use thier conditioner as a leave in! It works much better the "leave in conditionor" at the stores and gel! I have been doing that since I was little :)
