I remember this show when it aired I am a big fan of TEF and also RR. I once had OR pray over me when I was a baby and to this day I have never had another problem as God truly healed me. I love this video and thank you for posting it.

Love old gosel music, but this cant hold a candle to Stanley brithers, Reno & Smiley, or Bill Monroe when they did them!

That's a matter of personal taste and not what's best. The ones you mentioned are more bluegrass...that's like comparing apples to chocolate.

It just seems/ed odd to me that many of the other TEF items on here allow ratings. I just assumed it was because it has Christian content. And heaven forbid I'd be able to give Christian music a good rating on youtube.

O brother...the assumption that EVERYTHING in this world is designed to punish Christians is pretty tiring! Here you have a wonderful medley of gospel tunes by the great Ernie Ford, and someone only finds negative things to say...this is what gives so many Christians such a black-eye and seem so whiney!

Because ratings reflect just a personal opinion and aren't really of any value. There are people who have things like political conflicts with some entertainers, for example, and aren't smart enough to separate those from a performer's ability to sing.

I didn't put dates on a lot of the things I recorded in those days. My guess is the mid 1970's. Ole Ern was so fine.
