omg how cute! birds are soooo funny. Is therapy in order? Lol. I'm working on becoming "a birdie whisperer." So I think this bird's body language is saying 2 things: 1. He is jealous that you can draw & he can't! (Clearly evident by using his beak to throw it around) 2. He is also jealous of when mommy is doing work in her office instead of playing w/him! (evident by his abusive nature toward the clearly inferior object, that is somehow monopolizing mamas time! (my dog does this w/ my shoes!)Lol

Hmm..I don't know if a parrot could conceptualize how we use writing utensils. Parrots have a tendency to be obnoxious and throw things around like that. I do believe you could be right about him being jealous of the pen getting more attention though.

Sun Conures are the most easy going, loyal,lovable parrots out there,Not to mention they get along with other parrots pretty good.BUT......theres one draw back,they are the most irritating noise making birds ever ! They have one sound,and they use it over,and over,and over till you want to scream at them close up,face to face ! Will that work ? HELL NO ! You just got to put up the good with the loud !

my quaker hates pens and pencils too. every time i right with a pen or pencil, my quaker,(Paulie) runs twords me and instead of biting the pencil or pen, he bites my finger thinking its a pen, lol.
