They say by only shootin' drakes your saving hens for nesting. But numbers are out of whack so that's why the feds have now instituted a two hen limit for all states.

Oooooooh man. Gets me pumped for the season too. Up here our early goose starts in the first week of September, so I gotta get scoutin :) Then duck season starts during the 3rd week in September.
