Do you sell lesson DVD's or through online downloads? I love your version of Folsom Prison Blues and would like to learn some of those licks. If you do have lessons let me know how to get them. Thanks.
I have a set of these (2005) in a 1962 RI STAT Tone for days... in any configuration...Humbucker/Single coil... Tube/Solid state...Analog/Digital fxs.... Does not matter! They bleed tone! Would definitely would replace with same guitar if lost/stolen.
Your tone is awesome. What kind of processor are you using to get that sound. It sounds like a humbucker, not the least bit strat-like. My Kinman AVN Blues never sound like that. Sweet playing too! My compliments.
Thanks for letting me know. After reading what you used, I took my old Digitech RP2000 out of mothballs and could get a very similar tone on my Kinman equipped strat using it's high gain "DASOLO" patch. I'm usually a guitar straight into the tube amp kind of player, but the AVN Blues pickups seem to shine when using such a setting through a decent processor. BTW, I keep finding myself coming back to this clip for a listen. Tasty playing, indeed! I'd love to hear more in a similar vein.
You play very well. I like your sound a lot. I also have Kinman's, with AVn-62/Impersonator 54/SCn.

Kinmans are in a league of their own. I've bad two sets and they are authentic sounding and truly without noise.
