How about rolamite instead? Then you can combine your drive train and rail in one with fewer parts and less points of friction.

Hey Ultralajt! Great accuracy! Have done any "rails" on the rail it's own? How does it hold each other and not falling while upside down?

Machine is fully functional over 2 months now.
I am quite satisfied with it.
All 3 axes use bearings similar to that above on the video.

Hey nice job, looks very rigid - do you have any plans to make one for a vertical axis?
Looks Good! I had nearly the same idea - but then I changed my idea to use patio door bearings - check out my videos for my take on the trucks :)

Any hardware store...
Aluminum profiles 30x30x2mm, M8 bolts&nuts, ball bearings 8/22/7 (replacement bearings for inline skates).
