TheValeterUK you are a total idiot! there are Home office forces and Non home office forces, all officers of either a home office or non home office force have authority over the people of England and indeed Wales, get a job, pay tax and then come and moan about the economy - Maybe if there werent so many bloody leeches on our society then the economy wouldnt be in such a mess. them coppers are not police officers of England, they are officers for the state of the city of London which is not part of London or England, which inturn means they dont have any authority over the people of Englnad.
