  • Very, very nice horse with a great rider. Hate not seeing you two on the front covers anymore. Always a joy to see great horses and people together!

  • very nice team!

  • This is one of the most wonderful horses I have ever come across!! The young lady that owns this horse is a very good rider and lovely young lady. The trainer is a very talented man. This mare gets the best care and is more pampered than most people! If you don't like it then don't watch it. If you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all! This was a huge moment in this young girls life and here you are talking poorly about it. Shame on all of you!

  • very nice, i rember seeing him ride a few times. very nice.

  • Fake rider with a Sore horse.. hideous.

  • @littlesqueakersrats yea sore horse. sure is sore as hell. idiot

  • @MajiksGurl224 Idiot hu?? do you see *me* putting stacks on a horse? do you see *me* putting that horse through something that is NOT natural, I think not.. And do you see me call *you* names?? whos the mature one here? Definatly not you.

  • @littlesqueakersrats i never said you was doing any of this. just because the horse is padded dont mean its sore. thats what people get the impression of, awhh that horse is padded its sore, or that horse is flat shod its sore. thats all bull. i have 2 flat shod horses that hasnt ever been sored or fixed.

  • @MajiksGurl224 I just don't like the way they look, just my opinion is all. Maybe someone that has sacked horses should make a video on HOW to corectly train a stacked horse from begining of shoeing to completion of training.. that would give ME room to pause. Soring is all that most non-Walker people have seen... why haven't the owners of stacked horses stepped up and shown the right way of going about it??

  • @littlesqueakersrats yea thats makes since. idk they dont care, its mostly all about the title of winner. not saying anything about this video, but some people dont care about the horses well being, they want that big front cover pic in a walking horse magazine.

  • @MajiksGurl224 I agree its about the prestige and awards for alot of the people that sore their horses- they want it so bad, they will cheat to get it. I wish it were never created.

I still would LOVE to see a How To video from the start of shoeing to the end of traing for a big lick. it would educate me and might make me change my very stubborn opinions.

  • @littlesqueakersrats definately i agree. im the same way.

  • @MajiksGurl224 Do you own them? can you video the training? Or do you know people that would be open to doing it??

  • @littlesqueakersrats i dont own any padded horses now. al i have now is flat shod. my papaw done that for a while, then his last padded horse died from being in his 30's. so that quit him from having padded horses, but i can see if the guy i work with will agree to let me see how its done. i dont currently have any horses that are able to be padded.

  • @MajiksGurl224 Keep me informed if you can get someone to film that.. it would be very interesting.

  • @littlesqueakersrats definately. i will ill message u on here and let u know something

  • one of the nicest walking hoss i've ever seen!!!

  • "The head shakes to aid the disfigured back due to the stacked fronts."

What the hell? Even our horses in the pasture do that lol!

  • *By 'that' I mean the head shake

  • HANKGOTSHAKE I watched 5 vid´s in a row of TWH´s at pasture. Not one overstepped. They ALL had balanced straight backs with croups and withers at the same height. None shook their heads. There are vid´s on YT of barefoot TWH with beautiful balanced natural majestic gaits.

This is hideous. The head shakes to aid the disfigured back due to the stacked fronts. Ask yourself why this isn´t an international sport?

  • Like I said you people have no legitament defense for yourself so you resort to personal attacks. You are a prime example of the people that have ruined the breed and reputation of the TWH. It could of been the 2nd largest breed in the nation but It will never recover. I will pray for you in hope that one day you will realize what had happened.

  • You have no legit defense for yourself so you continue to attack me personally and once again point the finger at other equine disciplines. Do you know what the AEP stands for? If not, you need to take the time to educate yourself at what other prominent and respected equine organizations have to say. They have stated the abuse of the Twh is the most significant welfare issue effecting any equine breed or discipline. It means the industry has more abuse/problems than anyone else. You got that.

  • That is why the spotlight is on the TWH. I have stated before the world equestrian games refunded the $20,000 deposit the TWHBEA sent. The TWHBEA even stated they would not bring padded horses. The worlds most respected top equine event slammed the door on the TWHBEA and the padded horses. Normal people with basic horse skills do not want to see 5 inch stacks, chains, severe bits, and broken tails that produce a force-framed man made frankenstein gait. I hope you grow up soon. I will pray for u

  • It is my business and everyone's business to know what is happening to these animals. People like us are not going away. We continue to grow in support and numbers. If you ignore and turn your nose at the abuse you are just as guilty as the abuser.I want to ask you one final question, why do you believe the padded/stacked tennessee walking horses are not allowed to compete at the world equestrian games?

  • So thousands of people and organizations fighting for these horses just have to much time on there hands. You honestly believe that is what this is all about. We have nothing better to do than pick on people who have pimples on there horses feet. You have a lot of growing up to do. Animals have rights too. Including the tennessee walking horse. It is called the horse protection act. A federal law put into effect in 1970 especially for these horses. It is ashame you have not been taught

  • a basic respect for animals. By your comments you defend, minimize, and protect the problem. You state it is a violation or privacy and slander when HPA violators are named. You believe the people who are fighting animal abuse are the problem and should do something to benefit society so you and your associates can continue on your way. YOU ARE THE TRAGEDY.

  • You are minimizing a horrible tragedy inflicted upon these horses. If it was as simple as big shoes and pimples there would not be such a public out cry. Let me ask you a question, why do you believe there are websites, petitions, magazine & news articles, songs, books, sound horse organizations, the USDA, USHS, AEP and sound horse conferences to name a few if it was just about a pimple on a horse?

  • They have also done a investigation of the NHSC and exposed all there dirty little secrets in protecting these HPA violators. It actually names, names. You should educate yourself a little and take time to see how disgusting the industry actually is. Also, it is pretty funny how you goto such extremes to take the spotlight off these people by using earthquakes and child abuse. Very funny.

  • I have been in the industry longer than you have been alive. There are things I am certain you are not aware of. The USDA sent a memorandum in Feb. stating they will now be providing a suspension list on there website so the the general public can examine the list without submitting a freedom of information act request. The name, city and state of the violator will be posted but the addresses will be removed. The reason for this is to aid in the ongoing effort to enfoce the HPA.

  • I only post the facts listed by the USDA. If there is nothing to hide then what is the big secret?

  • does anyone know who trains this horse?

  • who trains this horse?

  • Mary, you have an amazing horse and deserved this WGC. To people who have negative things to say about the Tennessee Walking Show Horse, you should vist and ride a Tennessee Walking horse before passing judgement, you cannot judge something you know NOTHING about. We love and care for our horses more than anyone could ever know! They are so spoiled, they are not hurting or mistreated. I have been showing TWH's for 11 years now and am in love with my horses, trail and show.

  • Let me also say this the pads dont bother me along with well protected chains or rollers its all the pressure shoeing, soring agents and sorry "Show" committies who sponser DQP's for shows who allow this to continue. The breed is fine and natural with a hell of a gait. The point is alot of people dont deserve to be proud owners of a animal this graceful.

  • I will say this, my wife has shown Walking/Racking Horses for many years which she has saw both sides of the fence when it comes to the "dirty " part of the industry. The natural gait of this breed is awesome within itself but when you put politics and money into this indutry the way it is now you begin to see more exaggerated gaits or the big lick. What is sad is the horse/ horses of the trainer and /or owner end up paying the price for a worthless ribbon and a good name for a stud fee or mare.

  • this is cruel.

  • Please Google TWH colts in the pasture. They overstride, nod & step very similar. Not as exagerrated, of course, because they have not been trained to do so. It's all in the breeding, I assure you. The chains are 6oz or LESS. The pads themselves are made of light plastic. Never exceeding a few pounds. Some horse shoes alone weigh more than that. Keep it up, Mary! Dazzle will always run goosebumps down my neck!

  • Aw thank you SO much!! I love her more than anything!

  • i have seen this horse in Voice, and WHR..keep up the great work!

  • why would you post this? This girl is proud of what she and her horse have accomplished, and loves her horse. And NO the horse is not in pain as so many of you idiots seem to think.

  • And, HOW would you know that??? Are you a horse? They don't cry out like dogs or cats, horses are noble and proud and they would also do anything to please. They are very sensitive and they' do 'extensions' just to feel less pain, but, they still are in great discomfort! If you don't have a heart, at least do you have EYES ? This kind of walking really looks natural to you? NOOOO, it's all about you flashing and showing. In many states and in Canada and Australia it is banned and illegal.DUH

  • Many, Many people have TWHs & show them in both Canada & Australia. It's also very popular in Germany. Both disciplines of padded & flat shod. Thanks for your opinion, but your facts are extremely wrong & make you looks incredibly uneducated.

  • This is a great video. It really shows that you truely love your horse. Keep up the good work your mare is amazing. Congrats.

  • MaRyM, I did not know this is your horse, I have always Loved this horse... Ya'll have made manya GREAT SHOWS together... Keep up the good work... Are ya"ll showing in S'ville this weekend? If so best of luck to ya'll...
