An easy way to survive the fall is to jump down and then activate a chair before you reach the ground, the falling animation will be canceled and you will be in the chair. O_o

Or if you want to get in there, get a spell(unlock very hard) and get a invisible spell, first go into sneak mode in the romm donwstairs, get invisible, and use the spell on the door, the guards wont see but you can stil get in
