  • hey al, just wondering how long will it take to fully learn and progress though the training to do a perfect flag? your respond it much appreciated.

  • @wickytack Probably at least a year.  Be patient and train hard.

  • yo, one of the best physical exercise videos I have seen. Plus this is one exercise I can't do yet and would like to be able to do it eventually.

    You first demonstrated showing the proper technique and then gave examples on easy exercises to help train. thank you very much.

  • @technostylesn Yes it's possible! Learning to do a human flag takes patience, practice and hard work but you don't have to be a bodybuilder. Click the link in the description of the video to read my article about human flag training.

  • Great tutorial my friend! ive been working on exercices like the flag and the planche but hey are sick! so many strength! but im getting progreess.. other than the core exercices that you show in your vid, which else can i do for theses tipes of exercises??

  • jus a quick question on the elbow lever. I tried it an found it impossible to lift my legs up. Any help much appreciated

  • @TheParm1990 you might not be ready for an elbow lever yet - its an advanced move. practice with your knees bent like a tucked planche.  Also watch my hand balancing: crow video and practice those.
