Great tutorial my friend! ive been working on exercices like the flag and the planche but hey are sick! so many strength! but im getting progreess.. other than the core exercices that you show in your vid, which else can i do for theses tipes of exercises??

@TheParm1990 you might not be ready for an elbow lever yet - its an advanced move. practice with your knees bent like a tucked planche. Also watch my hand balancing: crow video and practice those.

yo, one of the best physical exercise videos I have seen. Plus this is one exercise I can't do yet and would like to be able to do it eventually.
You first demonstrated showing the proper technique and then gave examples on easy exercises to help train. thank you very much.
