I believe Tsar Bomba was made as a counter to very more precise american missles. IE large blast area reduces need of accuracy, accuracy at that stage that the Soviet regime didnt have.

The Soviets claimed it was a thermonuclear explosion so that the Americans would believe that the Soviets were well ahead during the nuclear arms race. The Soviets managed to detonate their first hydrogen bomb later on, and i'm sure we all know about the Tzar Bomba.....

They removed part of the nuclear capable missiles, made the remaining missiles larger and put about 8 warheads(=bleeding large nuke) into each missile. So in the end they had like 3 times more nukes than before the treaty (probably the russians did just the same) U go back to school, seems u need it more.

That is not a hydrogen bomb. Rather, it is a boosted fission bomb. The Soviets claimed it was a thermonuclear explosion so that the Americans would believe that the Soviets were well ahead during the nuclear arms race. The Soviets managed to detonate their first hydrogen bomb later on, and i'm sure we all know about the Tzar Bomba.....
