The women in the magazines don't look like the women in the magazines. Every single photo celebrities release is photoshopped to high hell, on top of their caked on make-up, plastic surgeries, liposuction, eating disorders, at home cooks and trainers.
We need to wake up and realize that the beauty industry thrives on our insecurity. They present us with false images, anorexic corpse like models, only to fuel the beauty and diet industry income. It's all a lies, we are beautiful as we are.

I'm 16 and I had a similar figure to her not too long ago and I hated it... but watching her, it looks completely fine. In fact, it's really beautiful.
It's odd how we'll set the bars so high for ourselves when if we were to see a clone of ourselves walking down the street, having never seen ourselves before, then we would probably think our bodies were just fine.
I really appreciate this show. The ladies on it are just beautiful.
She's amazing, and Gok will bring all that out. That's what I love about him. He changes nothing about these women except how they see and feel about themselves. And that is what this world needs more of. He cares. He really does care. And it's difficult to see, but important for everyone I think to notice that he does this with women of all body types. Fat, tall, short, skinny, everywhere and anywhere inbetween.

Its ok... feel bad for a not so good looking body... but this is too much... these people should understand that there are people who are blind, deaf, dumb, with deformed face due to trauma, incurable cancers who are otherwise good looking... Its ok to be worried about your looks... But

I wonder why is she ashamed? She is a petite girl with a feminine body, nothing to be ashamed of. She is beautiful and really needs to realise it.
