Es porque usa el estilo de las telenovelas, donde la accion es muy dramatica, y la situacion cambia cada minuto. Pienso que es eso. o, no?

I figured it was meant to be kind of risque- symbolic of breasts, and maybe referring to the apple of Adam and Eve, which the desperate housewives opening also plays off. Im just guessing though!
