  • Banana, Cup of oats, 4 egg whites, protein powder, cinnamon. = that's mine. they're so delicious plus no artificial sweeter!

  • 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, tsp. vanilla, cinnamin, tsp of pudding, 1 pck. splenda and 1/4 cup egg whites.

  • I calculated the calories they are about 350 cal. and 26g. of protein. These are really tasty; I put some organic fruit spread on top and top w/ blueberries before I flip.
