@MOTHMAN225 That would be Bea Benaderet - she did many voices for the classic WB toons - Mother Bear ('Tell me more about my eyes'), Red Riding Hood ('Hey Grandma - I boughtcha a rabbit... ta have') as well as the original Betty Rubble, just to name a few. She also played Kate on Pettycoat Junction and Cousin Pearl on the Beverly Hillbillies.

And she had a very successful radio career as well.

I just read an article about Beaky in which his mother is described as being Italian. To me, her accent isn't even close to sounding Italian. I always thought she had a Polish, Ukrainian, Russian or some similar sounding Eastern European/Slavic accent. I also discovered I have way too much free time.
