this move is only good if you dont press A B or Z like you told us and it only throws the capsule because its stronger than the waddle dees and it can sometimes be an explosive...well this trick would be good but you'll have to be in a big stage and far from people and do it on a wall and get the pieces...i like the trick =)

Lemme give a little insight. First off, guy playing Falco sucked, plain and simple if you get hit by those waddles that much. With frequency ON they will still appear usually doing damage or exploding. It's happened, but items never come out. It's not an AT, it's a percentage thing with frequency ON and Dragoon's ON. Lvl 9s are no good for training, it's nothing like fighting an actual person. It's much better to practice your techniques on lvl 3s to actually train.

However, at the highest level of play, high tier characters would be easier to win with. For casual play, it's a whole different story, and tiers really shouldn't matter.
But wouldn't a tier list maintain itself because players are too lazy to take the time to master Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Bowser, Ness etc. so they just play Snake or MK so they can be successful sooner?
No, because not everyone is thinking playing as Snake and Metaknight is the only way to play this game. People will choose other characters as well, for whatever personal reasons and with those players developing the metagame of the other characters, the tier list can shift.

The items were off; I'm not sure of the item settings, yet I am sure we were playing no items and they were a bit more perplexed than I, who had watched this video beforehand. Mind you, I didn't follow this guide's instructions; it happened randomly.

I normally play without items, and I've seen them pull out a capsule at least twice.
I'm not sure of the validity of getting the capsule, but I know that when you do, it's a dragoon piece. (In my experience.)

This isn't a 'super-advanced technique', it's part of his forward-B attack.
Some characters with item/generating attacks (like peach), have a small chance of pulling out an item instead. Dedede will sometimes throw a capsule, and Peach can sometimes pluck Mr. Saturn, a Beam Sword, or a Bob-omb. Because it's purely random chance, it's not a technique; it's luck. Also, Dedede can not throw a capsule if items are turned off. Not sure if peach's works the same way...
Considering how there's glitches and tricks out there involving his grabs, b down, b, and if you want to be technical b up, I really don't doubt his b forward has something to it.

2. You cannot make D3 produce a capsule.

Actually, when you've got all items turned off and someone pulls out a capsule, it contains a dragoon piece, although the odds of getting a capsule are so low that you'll never get a full dragoon in a real match unless you spam the move. (Peach and DDD can both get capsules.)
I normally play without items, and I've seen them pull out a capsule at least twice.
I'm not sure of the validity of getting the capsule, but I know that when you do, it's a dragoon piece. (In my experience.)

This isn't a 'super-advanced technique', it's part of his forward-B attack.
Some characters with item/generating attacks (like peach), have a small chance of pulling out an item instead. Dedede will sometimes throw a capsule, and Peach can sometimes pluck Mr. Saturn, a Beam Sword, or a Bob-omb. Because it's purely random chance, it's not a technique; it's luck. Also, Dedede can not throw a capsule if items are turned off. Not sure if peach's works the same way...
