I would like to point out 1 HUGE fact here.

97% of people who HAVE purchased a home... Found that home online....

Nice ad... Well made and very solid. It shows dedication in what you do... Would be great on your website.... But a waste of $ if your paying to be on tv.

I would reccomend search engines (google/yahoo) with the money spent here you coulda been on the first page of google for a YEAR and had toooons of leads...

Just my opinion though as a marketing consultant look me up if you n
