What is this about. There are no suggestions on how to win against ShoreTel other than to suggest bringing in some UC developers. ShoreTel has a customer applications and integrated applications team that does a great job and is an outstanding product that I sell and recommend to any company looking to move to a VoIP and UC Communications platform.
Interesting that nothing better is suggested here, nor does he find any deficiency with ShoreTel. Not sure what the point is. If your looking for future proof UC based on applications now being developed, you'd be wise to look closer at ShoreTel.
So how long has this guy been selling ShoreTel then? He is so brilliantly simple! ;-)
