  • For the second level of this exercise, breath down into the fingers on the exhale and from the toes up to the dantian on inhale. Though there is no connection in the air, it will attain the feeling of a circuit as you go to and from the dantian.

  • Exercise 8 of section 3 of Pre-heaven (Tian-men) Tendon-changing qigong. Inhale and exhale through the nose. Use natal, prenatal or back breathing. Inhale once, bend over so as to press on the dantian (lower abdomen) as you exhale, inhale once or several times more before switching sides.
