@UristMcgee I played this game, you only get the Dead Skin Mask after beating Angel Of Death, then you noticed that it's Raining Blood, and the whole world turns to a World Painted Blood, then appears The Antichrist, and you battle him... Then you get the Dead Skin Mask, you will need it to Fight 'Till Death the Skeletons Of Society, remember, you have to seperate them Piece By Piece if you want to reach level 213. Btw, in the final level you beat Mr Freeze.
